The ‘stunning’ Mitac Mio A701 is the latest product from Mio Tech. It will be the most up to date mobile phone PDA around, and will include an integrated GPS receiver for use with satellite navigation software. With a SirfStar III chipset incorporated, the Mio A701 is capable of quick, reliable satellite fixes.

The smart design of the Mitac Mio A701 handset will be equipped with a 2.7in touchscreen, a 1.3 megapixel camera. Its radio supports tri-band GSM with GPRS. Bluetooth 1.2 connectivity, and there is a SD / MMC slot on the side for memory expansion.

The GPS receiver is integrated within the body of the Mitac Mio A701, so there’s no flip up antenna. Mio are launching the Mio A701 as a phone with PDA functionality.
